I went with this firm because I needed a really big father’s rights advocate. DO NOT USE JUAN MORAN!! He was nothing more than a used car salesman. Platitudes nothing more. I never met him in person. He showed up to the only hearing I had over Zoom. Zoom kept cutting in and out, frustrating the judge.... I only got to answer 1 question the judge asked me. The rest of the time, her lawyer got to talk. I had a good case, but because I didn’t have good representation, I didn’t even get to present it. I spent $8k for nothing. I might as well have just represented myself for all the good Juan did. If you plan on going with this firm, do a little more research. There are better lawyers in your area.
