Biography
I enjoy my work and it gives me great satisfaction when I obtain a good result for my client. I have personally been through a divorce situation where there were many on-going issues concerning child custody. It was extremely difficult and emotionally trying. I am glad to report that my two sons (who are now 25 and 28) came out of the process in good shape. They love and respect both of their parents and I couldn't be happier with their successes in life.
I am an avid musician and have been principal saxophone with the Pomona Concert Band for many years. I also enjoy photography, running, and reading.

Was disappointed and dissatisfied

Replied last March 8, 2021It's regrettable that you so thoroughly misunderstood the nature of the proceedings in this case. While I represented you, there were no evidentiary hearings; there was no opportunity for me to "fight" for you. The hearings we attended were only used by the court to limit the issues and set additional hearing dates; your case settled (based on YOUR settlement offer) before there was any opportunity to put on evidence or to make legal arguments.

Hardworking and Diligent
John is a very hardworking attorney that helped me with a default judgment issue I had. John really gave me an overall understanding of default judgments and we are currently in discussions about a retainer for collection of the judgment he got.
