Best! Best!! Best!!!

If you need an attorney, hire Gene Cristiano! In my case Gene got me $750.00 in sanctions (the other side has to pay my attorney fees) because the other side was lying to the Court and not cooperating in giving his financial records. Gene argued against a continuance that the other side was asking for, won, and got an order that the other side has to provide all of his financial records to me within 20 days or the Court was going to sanction him again to pay for more of my attorney's fees. Gene is GREAT!!! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this attorney is. I will recommend Gene to anyone and everyone I know who is in need of legal services. Gene is a fighter for what you want. By far, the best attorney I have ever dealt with. He is honest from the beginning and straight forward. Gene tells it like it is. Thank you Gene for your hard work!

He's an angel!!!

Gene is a great attorney, not only was he 100% correct in everything he told me that was going to happen in the courtroom. He genuinely cared about my case! I had an instant good feeling when I met him. He gives you the advice that an attorney should. I interviewed a few attorneys and if I would've followed their instructions I would've been completely let down. Not only did we win, we got every single thing we asked for! He handled this long overdue lawsuit with the knowledge one would hope for with his 31 years of experience. He dominated the courtroom, shut down opposing council when she tried to lie and bend the truths! he presented the facts and got me what I deserved!! Words cannot describe how happy I am that I went with my gut and hired him over the others I met with!! He doesn't beat around the bush, gives it to you straight and that is something every attorney should do! His office staff was great! Excellent

Formidable

Mr. Cristiano was the antidote to an ugly part of my life. I actually enoyed the process, and more importantly the results! No BS, he knows the process, well worth the time and expense. Child custody

Mr. Cristiano has represented me with a recurring child custody case for the past 4 years. He is very knowledgable and professional as is the entire staff at his practice. I would highly recommend him and have done so already.

You cannot find a better lawyer Eugene is really really great at what he does and to top it off he has the nicest heart and the highest set of morals you could possibly ask for. Excellent!!!!

I first went to Gene to consult about my case regarding a modification of child custody, and from the beginning he was honest with me and told me I didn't need him but as I went into details he seems to really see in needed his help. I Am happy with the results I have now. Don't want to go into much details but he has done an amazing job helping me with my case, I am grateful to my sister for recommending me to go see him. Thank u Gene for getting me temporary 100% custody of my children.

This attorney has a HEART!

Gene has become a friend because, when I hired him, he not only listened to me but, he understood me. That enabled him to understand why things in the divorce process really get under my skin. Then he explained the options and the cost and then as a friend would do, he told me what the better choice would be and why that choice would be the best one. It was still my choice to make but, his understanding me was very helpful in his explaining the options so I could make the best decision possible.

Excellent Divorce Attorney!

Gene is no nonsense, to the point - and gives you clear options to chose from. He never beats around the bush, he's a tough negotiator and lets you know what your potential options are, and his recommendation of the best approach. He's not intimidated by opposing counsel and ensures deadlines are met and fights for the best outcome. Fair and on the level, I trust this person.

I was given fair, affordable, and flexible payment options. He returned phone calls and showed up to court when he said he would. He covers a wide scope of legal issues, for me it was child custody, child support, and bankruptcy issues and for another family member, a durable power of attorney. He takes the time to advise when he is called upon, and often does so with out charging. He knows and has relationships with other people in the field including judges, commissioners, etc., and is held in high regards by others and by me to advise on the level in and out of the court room. I trust what he says.

Excellent attorney

I retained Mr. Cristiano for the "divorce from hell." He took over my case after it had been poorly handled by previous counsel. I found him to be very assertive, honest, and forthright in dealing with me and with opposing counsel--also new to the case--in obtaining the best settlement for me in my dissolution of marriage case. If I had this to do all over again, I would have hired Mr. Cristiano from the outset and avoided the errors that turned into a very costly four-year battle in a case which did not even involve child custody or spousal support issues.

Best Family Law attorney around!

Mr. Cristiano is one kindest most honest attorneys I have ever met! He was referred to us by a friend, as my brother was disabled from a gun shot wound to his head sustained in the war and was them facing a nasty divorce from his now ex. Gene treated him and us from day one as family. He has since handled all of our family legal affairs. I can go on and on but simply put " he is the best and truly cares about every case. Your search for an attorney has ended

Gene has been my lawyer both personal and corporate since 1988. If you want a no nonsense attorney who will NOT sugar coat anything, Eugene F. Cristiano is the best choice you can make! Gene saved my company thousands of dollars with a deceptive customer who clearly took advantage of contractor license law in a claim where the California State Contractors License Board said their hands were tied. His fees are very reasonable compared to most attorneys with his experience.

Top Notch Lawyer!

After using Gene for over 5 years with the worst ex in the world, numerous back and forth trips to court. Gene has done a suburb job at every angle. Life saver

After four years of being on the losing end of my divorce and child support agreements, Mr. Cristiano was instrumental in getting me joint legal custody, spending more time with my boys, and spending less on support. He pointed out how wronged I had been, and was being, treated, and stood tall against the corrupt attorney that had done me wrong in the beginning. I am totally grateful, and know that if the ex takes me back for a fourth attempt at getting things changed, he'll still be fighting for me.
