A+ Service

I don't usually leave reviews for Legal Services because it is all very unique to the person in the issue. I felt I needed to leave a review for this Law Firm. Attorney Montoya is very personable direct honest and to the point. If you feel you cannot get in touch with him that means he's doing his ...job! Most law firms keep you running around over and over again with tons of paperwork and lots of phone calls, this is no such place. I feel it was divine intervention that I happened upon his Law Firm. The service has been exemplary and the staff was very kind and helpful. If you have a workers comp case and you don't know where to start I recommend going to Montoya law.

Amazing attorney!!!

Ruben is a lifesaver. He took my case and litigated fearlessly. Made sure I was informed at every step. I felt comfortable and confident in him handling my case. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

Great Attorney

I was in a bind a drunk driver hit me while I was at work and my company just wanted to have nothing to do with me after the accident. A Paragon of Justice

I hired Mr. Montoya to represent me in a Workers' Compensation case early August 2017. He swiftly moved to protect my rights and begin litigation on my case. Amazingly, within one month I began getting very good offers from him to settle my case. I decided to meet with him to discuss the case and ask... questions. He gave me great advise and did not try and decide for me. I turned down the first few offers but within a month he got me an incredibly generous offer which I agreed to settle on. Mr. Montoya is very efficient, experienced and professional; he is an ethical attorney who knows his area of law extremely well and it shows. Thank you very much Mr. Montoya.
