I got a in a car accident and Phil made a really bad situation not so bad. He helped me getting around with Ubers and also got me a rental car next day with no charge to me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of, setting me up with doctors appointments that were all co...nveniently located to me. Every review you are reading about Phil is true. I was iffy on pursuing a lawsuit because of very little knowledge I had of the process.
