Every review you are reading about Phil is true. I was iffy on pursuing a lawsuit because of very little knowledge I had of the process. He advised that I just need to focus on healing from my injuries while he did the rest. Glad to say he kept his word! Getting into an accident is stressful and out ...of one’s control sometimes. Dealing with insurance, body aches and pain, total loss, and endless paperwork. Luckily I was referred to Phil by a family member and he’s been very helpful through it all. What a caring and compassionate law firm! I was involved in a wreck almost a year ago on the 10 freeway. A motorcyclist went down in front of me so I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting him. He probably would have been killed if I didn't break in time. The cars in the back broke too but co...uldn't stop in time. I got rear ended twice. The insurance companies tried to blame the accident on me. It was incredible that I was being blamed for saving someone's life! I eventually hired Hess & Nghiem.
