Every review you are reading about Phil is true. I was iffy on pursuing a lawsuit because of very little knowledge I had of the process. He advised that I just need to focus on healing from my injuries while he did the rest. Glad to say he kept his word! Getting into an accident is stressful and out ...of one’s control sometimes. Dealing with insurance, body aches and pain, total loss, and endless paperwork. Luckily I was referred to Phil by a family member and he’s been very helpful through it all. He guided me through the process and was always there when I had a question. Him and his staff always kept me in the loop and communicated with me every time there was an update with my case. I came to Phil physically hurt. Eye shot out, bloody, head aches. Mendota didn't want to accept claim. My attorney Phil came in kicking doors down. He went thru State Farm to get me comfortable in a rental, hospital billing off my back. On 1/11/2018 Phil executed the claim, 7/6/2018 he received my ch...eck of up to max. I'm really proud to call him my attorney. Even so I'd like to make sure he gets the proper notice he deserves. He is a fighter, a champ. My head still hurts from the accident. I'm in constant fear when driving. LOL if he could he'd fix that too.
