My recent experience working with Phil Nghiem and his team has been very stellar. When I first called Phil to talk about my car accident he was extremely informative and extremely helpful. He picked up my case immediately and went right to work. Within a short time frame he was able to get me the max...imum settlement possible and has been available via email, text, and with phone calls. I rarely ever write reviews but I had to find the time to write one for him and his team. A+ experience all around! I’m very impressed and very blessed to have been pointed in the direction of Phil and his team! I was having trouble with my previous attorney and made the decision to switch! I was with the law office of Jacob Emrani (do NOT recommend) for nearly 2 years and was told I had about 4 months left until ...the settlement was complete, meaning I would have to pay my medical bills. I was a passenger in a Range Rover that was hit on my side while we were on a highway. The car was totaled, I lost my 6-figure job while healing. I thought Phil was a godsend initially because he was so helpful and responded quickly. Until he started taking a week to respond to any message. That ...should’ve been a red flag but I felt comfortable with him and trusted he’d do what was best for me. I was wrong. At the end of the day, all Phil did was arrange doctor visits with doctors that didn’t even bother showing up half the time. He stopped responding to calls, emails and requests for updates or information (I only tried emailing 1-2 times a month, so it wasn’t me being excessive). After a whole year, Phil says the most he’d be willing to fight for was a few thousand dollars and that I’d need to find a new attorney if I disagreed or thought I should receive more. Then he stopped responding except to say he was no longer representing me but still planned on taking his fee if I found another attorney. Not at all what I was expecting after we got off to such a great start. These other reviews have to be fake.
