Great Attorneys Highly Recommended!

I met with Miller Family Law regarding a Temporary Restraining Order filed against me. After the initial consultation, based on both Matt and Evelin's thoughtful approach I retained the firm. I was impressed by Matt and Evelin's combined knowledge of the process and their ability to develop a ...defense that was concise, accurate, and thorough, which resulted in a removal of all temporary orders. Their follow up advice since the matter was settled has also been valuable. I could not recommend the Miller Family Law Group any higher. Thanks Matt and Evelin for all your hard work!

Matthew Miller rescued me from greedy divorce attorneys

Have been through the mill with divorce attorneys, five of them and over $100,0000 in legal fees and almost 2 years in court before I found the Miller Family Law Group. Matthew Miller was able to get my case on track, get things in order, utilize the law on behalf of my son to get 2% custody (can yo...u believe?) turned to 46% custody. The Family Law Court is such a dens of thieves with attorneys playing divorce games, threatened restraining orders, filing phony police reports, etc. Matthew Miller turned all this around. No games, just the law. Matthew and Evelina work tirelessly, even in the late hours, and they've had to work with a frustrated dad. Matthew Miller practices law like it should be practiced. He won't throw tomatoes for you. He will just get what needs to be done, done. And out of the six attorneys I've hired, his fees were the most reasonable!

My First/Only Choice

When I first retained Mr. Miller 8 years ago for my divorce and ugly child custody matter, I was especially concerned with his youthful, boy-next-door appearance. I wasn't sure he would be tough enough for the battlefield. I quickly learned Matthew is more than capable. Not only does he know the l...aw, but he understands the politics and procedures of how these things work. He knew when to sit back and when to stand up. His advice to me was spot-on and results were even better than I expected. Several years later when I needed his services again, he again did a fantastic job for me and my family. Together with his wife/partner Evelina, the Miller Family Law Group has been nothing but professional and effective. They've both always been accessible and totally available whenever I've had questions and have explained every process to me fully and respectfully. Most importantly, I completely trust Matthew. He has represented me, advised me and fought for me. These types of matters are so difficult and emotional you need someone who is looking out for your best interests. It's been many years but I continue to be immensely grateful for Mr. Miller's service. I highly recommend Matthew Miller as a family law attorney.

Professionsl

I was referred to an attorneys office by a co-worker. Instead of getting an appointment with the head of the law firm, I was given an appointment with Matt. I am so glad that I was able to retain him. His fee was $100 less an hour than the others in the firm which was wonderful. He was extremely pati...ent with me due to the fact my divorce took six years I(2009- 2015) to complete. My husband hand many issues to overcome before we could move forward. Never was I made to feel that I was a burden for them to carry because of the time involved in finalizing my divorce. He and his wife Evelina were both kind and professional at all times. I would not hesitate to use them again or would highly recommend them to anyone I know that was in need of an honest attorney.

Best kept secret in Southern CA.

The Miller Family Law Group is the best kept secret in Southern CA. If you are looking for highly experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated attorney's that will fight for you and get you results, then you need to hire Matt and Evelina Miller to represent you. From the moment I met with Matt I could se...e that he understood family law very well. Matt was well spoken, very intelligent and carried himself in a way that I new would be effective in a court room. Before working with The Miller Family Law Group I had hired 2 other top Orange County attorneys that just didn't get me the results that I was looking for. After 4 years the Miller Family Law firm was referred to me. In the court room Matt takes control. He is a fantastic litigator and because he knows the law so well and prepares so well for court/trial Judges listen to him. He is confident, direct and to the point. Evelina and Matt work very well as a team. They are very prompt to get information, calls or emails back as quickly as possible.
