My First/Only Choice

When I first retained Mr. Miller 8 years ago for my divorce and ugly child custody matter, I was especially concerned with his youthful, boy-next-door appearance. I wasn't sure he would be tough enough for the battlefield. I quickly learned Matthew is more than capable. Not only does he know the l...aw, but he understands the politics and procedures of how these things work. He knew when to sit back and when to stand up. His advice to me was spot-on and results were even better than I expected. Several years later when I needed his services again, he again did a fantastic job for me and my family. Together with his wife/partner Evelina, the Miller Family Law Group has been nothing but professional and effective. They've both always been accessible and totally available whenever I've had questions and have explained every process to me fully and respectfully. Most importantly, I completely trust Matthew. He has represented me, advised me and fought for me. These types of matters are so difficult and emotional you need someone who is looking out for your best interests. It's been many years but I continue to be immensely grateful for Mr. Miller's service. I highly recommend Matthew Miller as a family law attorney.

Best kept secret in Southern CA.

The Miller Family Law Group is the best kept secret in Southern CA. If you are looking for highly experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated attorney's that will fight for you and get you results, then you need to hire Matt and Evelina Miller to represent you. From the moment I met with Matt I could se...e that he understood family law very well. Matt was well spoken, very intelligent and carried himself in a way that I new would be effective in a court room. Before working with The Miller Family Law Group I had hired 2 other top Orange County attorneys that just didn't get me the results that I was looking for. After 4 years the Miller Family Law firm was referred to me. In the court room Matt takes control. He is a fantastic litigator and because he knows the law so well and prepares so well for court/trial Judges listen to him. He is confident, direct and to the point. Evelina and Matt work very well as a team. They are very prompt to get information, calls or emails back as quickly as possible. Both are highly experienced attorneys so you always have the confidence that you are getting the best legal advise. The Miller Family Law Group got me the results I was looking for and they will for you.

True Blessing

I was referred to Matthew and Evelina Miller by my aunt who had their help with her divorce. Needless to say that the custody battle I was going to be dealing with for my child was traumatic enough I was scared of what could have happened had I not had the RIGHT people on the case. I was contacte...d on a Friday afternoon that I was to appear in court that following Monday. I had no idea where I was going to find anyone to represent me on a Friday afternoon for a case on Monday morning. I had called the office of the Miller Family Law Group and spoke with Evelina who meet with me immediately and later had met Matthew. Both were attentive and explained to me the good and bad that could happen. They prepared me with examples of other cases that were similar to mine. The entire process was obviously overwhelming, especially when it comes to children being involved, but they handled my case with a lot of care and concern. I never once not had communication with them. They have always responded to all emails and calls, and have given me the information that I needed. They stayed after hours to help me with this issue and worked diligently to get all the paperwork done for Monday. Their work ethic and professionalism is unlike others I have met practicing family law. I had been represented by this group since 2011 and have referred other friends to them because they are not just good at what they do, but are considerate, care for their clients, follow-up even after the case is over just to check-in and make sure things are still good. My daughter (who was a baby when everything first happened) loves them. She knows that they have always helped mommy with any issues that may still come up. I to this day still refer anyone that may need any help with any issues regarding family law. I can still shoot them an email if I have any questions and will get a response by the end of that business day. They continue to be supportive and attentive to all of their clients past or present.

Knowledgable and Supportive

Matthew was not only very knowledgeable, he was supportive, trustworthy and very responsive. If I needed clarification on the legal ins and outs of my divorce, he was always there to clearly explain things until I completely understood. Matthew helped keep me calm in some very stressful situations a...nd I believe he had my best interests at heart when negotiating on my behalf. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Matthew and Evelina.
