As a Veteran of Iraq during combat operations in 2004 and again in Afghanistan during the Spring Offensive in the Helmand Province I was given a very low probability of maintaining my family intact from numerous lawyers regarding my case involving Child Protective Services. I have an arrest record to... include substance abuse and alcohol problems in my past along with questionable incidents related to my post traumatic stress disorder that were all being used against me making it difficult to obtain custody of my 23 month daughter. All i have to say about Art is that if you are told by anyone else that it is impossible to win your case, they are lying and Arthur Lacilento will prove it! When he walks through the hall ways of the courthouse i swear its like a walking hurricane parting the red sea!!!! EVERYONE professional liter...ally steps aside as he walks by and when any DPSS social worker sees him walk in they know instantly its over and they are gonna lose!!! I reached out to Art for some advice involving my four children and a very vindictive social worker. I had a hearing the next day, things were not looking well and my attorney had a family emergency. I was honest and open that I had already retained an attorney and was simply seeking advice.
