Hands down simply the best. I had the most difficult time in my life in dealing with CFS. After meeting and talking with Art I knew right away he was going to represent me. I reached out to Art for some advice involving my four children and a very vindictive social worker. I had a hearing the next day, things were not looking well and my attorney had a family emergency. I was honest and open that I had already retained an attorney and was simply seeking advice.
