As part of the Orange County law firm of Callahan & Blaine he specialized in complex business litigation and was instrumental in achieving one of the largest settlements in the firm’s history. Matthew’s experience includes an extensive range of international and civil law practice, as well as private legal consulting.
Prior to joining Bonetati & Kincaid, Matthew served as a legal consultant for Campbell Cohen Worsoff in Montréal, Québec. Before practicing law, Matthew managed high-value transactions for Guggenheim, Asher Associates in Beverly Hills.

Facilitated a $30 million settlement in Skorheim v. Flanders (C.D.Cal), a derivative suit against the former Officers and Directors of the Orange County Register – one of the largest in the Callahan & Blaine's history.
