Biography
Mr. Henry has worked in the criminal defense sector for over 10 years. He began his legal career working for a variety of criminal defense attorney’s where he served as a law clerk preparing several firm’s attorneys for a vast variety of cases ranging from multiple Homicide gang cases to driving under the influence allegations. While working for these firms, Mr. Henry truly found his passion in helping defend individuals that were facing criminal charges. During Law School, Mr. Henry was a Certified Law Clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office- Gang Unit. Within this unit he argued gang preliminary hearings, motions and was a key member in preparing Police Officers for trial.
While in Law School Mr. Henry was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for being top in his class for criminal procedure. Mr. Henry also served as the class Vice President.
Mr. Henry successfully was admitted to the California State Bar and currently works as a Criminal Defense Attorney for The Law Offices of Scott Henry.
Mr. Henry is a current member of several organizations and has attended hours of continued education in handling DUI and criminal cases. These organizations include: California DUI Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the North Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Henry for a number of years has worked very hard in obtaining favorable outcomes on behalf of his clients.
