I hired Mr. Gibbs after meeting with a number of attorneys. I had both criminal and civil issues pending and needed representation. Mr. Gibbs was kind enough to schedule time to meet at the end of his day and was very professional and displayed a solid knowledge of the multiple court houses in Orange... County. This was important as I was going to be dealing with cases in more than one court. Mr. Gibbs listened and took notes as I explained my upcoming hearings and the allegations that were being made. He asked appropriate questions and made sure he had a clear grasp on the issues before agreeing to handle my legal issues. He presented a number of realistic solutions and outcomes. He was very concise and straightforward when explaining the positive and negative aspects of the different possibilities and outcomes. Mr. Gibbs, over the course of nearly 2 years, kept in constant contact with updates and any new information or changes in the cases. During that time, Mr. Gibbs was always prepared and proactively kept himself up to date on any new information when presented. He expressed his insight on the matters and I felt very confident in him. During the hearing, Mr. Gibbs was professional and never showed any sign of backing down. He was respectful to both the Judge and the opposing parties, but didn't let them get away with anything. He put up a solid effort and in the end... He was successful!
