She took my $5k retainer and took off on vacation. I was desperate and entrusted her due to my metastatic adrenal cancer which she witnessed She promises a lot but cant deliver She is has showed up at my ex parte and excuse herself bcz urgent call from babysitter to go home rake care of her kids.... I was left behind alone in the court room for four hours she has accomplished nothing. The judge did not respect her dud not listen to her pleading nor award her attorney fees despite the documented disparity of income. Weak attorney for family law the other crooked attorney ran circles around her so dont be fooled by her lowball $400 hr in the end you get what you paid for. Nothing personal but attorneys her caliber running low on money and affects your case. She is just a processor or a papers pusher. Go get a $650 hr attorney who will cut to the chase and get you results . Nice but very weak attorney

I retained Maxine Ho as my attorney for a period of time between 2019 and 2020. Due to early mistakes on my part, my divorce case had turned complex and was challenging for just about any attorney to turn around. Maxine has done excellent work. I tried working the system myself prior to finding and hiring Maxine. Don't do it, you need a competent professional like Maxine. Dealing with DCSS or the courts is not always a fair or efficient system, particularly for fathers. I had additional payments that I had ma...de to the mother, I showed the courts, DCSS and nothing. You need a pro who knows how to work with the system. Maxine came in and was able to show proof of my payments to the courts and DCSS. Next, I was selling my home and DCSS had placed a lien on it. Well, with a homestead, they are not supposed to do that, but they did. Maxine to the rescue, she got the lien released and I was able to sell my home as I legally should have been able to in the first place. Finally, DCSS comes after me again, this time they garnish my bank account. Guess what, I have a court order and they are not supposed to do that. But, I just got in touch with Maxine, she went down to the offices of DCSS personally and had them send me my money back. Maxine is fair, efficient and a smart and aggressive attorney. I highly recommend Maxine.
