Maxine has done excellent work. I tried working the system myself prior to finding and hiring Maxine. Don't do it, you need a competent professional like Maxine. Dealing with DCSS or the courts is not always a fair or efficient system, particularly for fathers. I had additional payments that I had ma...de to the mother, I showed the courts, DCSS and nothing. You need a pro who knows how to work with the system. Maxine came in and was able to show proof of my payments to the courts and DCSS. Next, I was selling my home and DCSS had placed a lien on it. Well, with a homestead, they are not supposed to do that, but they did. Maxine to the rescue, she got the lien released and I was able to sell my home as I legally should have been able to in the first place. Finally, DCSS comes after me again, this time they garnish my bank account. Guess what, I have a court order and they are not supposed to do that. But, I just got in touch with Maxine, she went down to the offices of DCSS personally and had them send me my money back. Maxine is fair, efficient and a smart and aggressive attorney. I highly recommend Maxine.
