I have been an attorney since 1991. I have been a lawyer for big corporations, medium sized businesses, old and new law firms. I have been on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and I have written a book, Five Bad Mistakes Immigrants Make and How to Avoid Them. This book is available for free from my office.
I love to help immigrants to become lawful residents and citizens of the United States. I also do many business and employment visas for companies here. We have helped many people who went to other attorneys first and were not satisfied. We are creative and determined. Please call my office for a consultation.

Do not hire Andre driggs at all cost.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew Driggs is the most incompetent lawyer. Not only did he mishandle my case entirely, but he also lied to me, causing an additional three-month delay. This delay resulted in significant financial losses and immense stress. His big lack of accountability and pr...

Very helpful and reasonably priced
We used Andrew for our EB-3 Green Card application. He helped us every step of the way and answered all of your questions before submitting our application to immigration. We were very happy with his service and would recommend him to others and will definitely use him again for our citizenship ap...

false promise, VERY UNHONEST
My son was deported to Honduras in five weeks, this lawyers toll us he can not be deported after six months, we pay to him $5000.00 for nothings. NOS ROBO A LO DESCARADO EN 4 SEMANAS $5000.00
Jesus, I am sorry that you are unhappy with my legal representation of your son. When you came to me, your son was already in detention, awaiting deportation. He was in that predicament because of the malpractice of another attorney, in prosecuting his original case, in failing to timely file his appeal after he was ordered deported, and finally, in failing to file a 9th Circuit appeal that your son paid for but that other attorney did not file. I gave you the options, one being to do nothing, which of course would not have cost you anything. The other option was to try and reopen his last appeal because he had been poorly served by the other attorney. That is the process you hired me for. I filed a Stay of Deportation with the local office of ICE. I helped your son file a bar complaint against the other attorney, which was required as part of our Motion to Reopen. I submitted the bar complaint against the other attorney on his behalf, and I filed the Motion to Reopen and an Emergency Application to Stay Removal with the Board of Immigration Appeals. I sent you copies of everything that I filed with the different agencies so that you would have a record of everything. So you have the actual filings I made, which were substantial. I also visited your son several times while he was detained. I told you that this was a difficult case because of the fact that he had already been deported by the Immigration Judge, his appeal was not properly filed by the other attorney, and the other attorney failed to file an appeal in the 9th Circuit for which he had been paid. But I timely filed my work and you have a copy. In fact, while the Board of Immigration Appeals denied the Emergency Stay, and caused the Department of Homeland Security to remove your son to Honduras. The Motion to Reopen, however, is still pending with the Board of Immigration Appeals, and so his case could still be reopened. But your contention that I charged you and did nothing is not honest and you have the proof of that in your possession.

Very unsatisfied
I hired this lawyer because In the past he helped out my wife’s parents with some stuff and even though they advised me he takes his time I decided to hire him and legalize my parents. He asked for money and I gave him $1000 to start with, he asked me for lots of different documents and I provided ev...
As you posted this review as anonymous, I do not know if you are an actual client or not. I am not aware of any case I have been hired to do where parents were able to legalize and we failed to finish the process. There is no reason to remain anonymous on this website.
