DACA Reinstatement
My case was an odd one. I applied to renew my DACA (on time) back in 2016 and the USCIS made a clerical error saying that I no longer needed one and denied my renewal. I had no idea what to do for a while, til I found MC Law, Atty. Margo and her team were able to make an appeal and got my DACA status...
