If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew Driggs is the most incompetent lawyer. Not only did he mishandle my case entirely, but he also lied to me, causing an additional three-month delay. This delay resulted in significant financial losses and immense stress. His big lack of accountability and pr...ofessionalism is appalling. He should not even be practicing law. I finally got my visa with advice from another attorney. I will be pursuing legal action against him for his negligence. Andrew Driggs has been extremely helpful to me and my wife while working on the immigration paperwork for my wife's parents. We found him by checking the lawyers available on through Hyatt Legal. It was such a relief to get a call back from someone who took time to answer my questions and help me... understand the process! Where we live (Denver) it is extremely difficult to find immigration lawyers. All the immigration lawyers that I called in New York were not very helpful at all.
