Edward John Rutyna

I consulted and hired Edward Rutyna back in January of this year (2020). I have worked for over 25 years and never had to file a workers comp claim until now. Therefore, I have no idea on the process of it all. Prior to working with Mr. Rutyna, I have consulted with two other Law Firms. The first one..., basically decided to not handle my case due to it's being very complicated and he believed that he will not win the case (emotional distress and other medical issues). The second attorney I spoke with advise of the difficulties of the case and preferred that I handle the first process until the insurance company gives me a choice of MPN doctors. This attorney then will assist me of choosing the best MPN doctor on the list and then will decide whether he would handle my case. (I have decided to not name the Law Firms). Then I spoke with Mr. Rutyna. he was very kind, knowledgeable when it comes to workers comp claims. He listened and answered my questions with great ease. He explained the complications of my claims but also believed that I have a strong case. He was very upfront and honest about the entire process and advise that my case could take years. I am a former Workers Compensation examiner/Consultant. I know Mr. Rutyna from the days I was an adjuster. I was and am always impressed with his knowledge and experience in the Workers Compensation ever-changing laws. When there was a complicated issue, I would always first consult him, prior to oth...er WC attorneys I know in the field. As my clients were employers (high dollar self-insured clientele) was my specialty. And I would always recommend Mr. Rutyna to my clients. I had zero fear of his work would disappoint them or hurt my reputation. I also would refer friends, relatives to him for representation. He always had better than expected results/settlements.
