Mr. Kerr and his firm are exceptions to the rule. Whether you have a debilitating injury, or a smaller damage claim on your car Mr. Kerr and his team will shoot you straight whether you end up having to officially retain their firm or not. Everybody I have talked to has something good to say about Russel Kerr. Sometimes, all a person needs is to have a professional hear their side of the story for a few minutes and give them some feedback. You'll certainly get that if you reach out for help to Mr. Kerr and his firm. Don't fight with an insurance company without a good attorney in your corner.

Professional Knowledgeable Experienced Attorney That Fought For Me
Was in a car accident where the other driver ran a red light. No witnesses but police report was written up in my favor. My car was not a total loss. It fell just below the threshold to total my car. Of course the insurance company would try to not accept fault and try to pay as little as possible. Attorney friend referred me to Russell Kerr, and he and his team were the difference. He is at the forefront of Diminished Value law and overall very knowledgeable & experienced. Walked me through the whole process, even got me through an opposing deposition, and settled favorably for me. Hope I don’t have to go through it again but if I did I’d call Russell Kerr again. 100% Recommended!

Good Experience
Very straight forward and easy to understand attorney who does not push you to settle quickly or to litigate immediately. Rather, he provides all the information necessary to help you make an informed decision. While my settlement was lower than desired, I hoped to not go to trial. I would recommend Russell.

The Absolute Best!
I met Russ Kerr about 30 years ago after I was involved in an automobile accident. Russ takes great care of the person and then focuses on the accident. There has never been a time when I felt like just a number to him. I've always felt important when dealing with Russ or with his partner Jeff. His law office isn't like these other places where they just want to settle for a quick payday. I've been going to Russ for over 30 years and will continue as long as he is still practicing law.
