Best Decision I’ve Ever Made
Mr. Weinberg was nothing but respectful and clear when it came to my case. He helped me understand everything about it and without him I don’t know what I would have done. Hiring him was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Outstanding Professionalism and Expertise
Bill and his staff are outstanding and my family and I highly recommend his practice. During a traumatic time in our lives, his understanding of our situation and his kindness was a Godsend. He goes out of his way to ensure the best defense. Clients are continuously informed and communication is easy. Cathy is very knowledgeable of all aspects of your case and never fails to provide you with much needed information. Bill's knowledge and recommendations for other services in the Orange County area was extremely helpful. His professionalism and expertise are exceptional. We could not have asked for more. We are so very grateful and appreciative and thank you so very, very much, Bill and Cathy!

The best attorney you in the world!
Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now.  I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago.  Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught.  I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies.  Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release.  I retained Bill to watch my case and nothing was filed for 6 months.  Just when I thought I was safe, Bill called me to advise me the D.A. filed.  He really did watch the progress of my investigation.  Every other month I went to court for over a year and watched Bill maneuver my case through the system to get the right D.A., to put me in the right spot light, to request time for this document or that document....I went to counseling, I got doctor notes, I got supportive letters from my employer, my family members...anything he asked to do - I did!  He said have faith.  Putting your life in someone else's hands is the hardest thing to do.  But, I did.  And I could not be more thankful, grateful and happy.  Bill and Cathy are amazing.  The best!  When anyone I know or any loved one I know needs any legal help - I will always recommend William Weinberg.  He is the Best!

Personable, professional, treated us with respect, gave hope!
I never thought that I would ever be in need of a defense attorney, until I found myself in dire circumstances related to a DUI. In retrospect, I was lucky to have found Mr. Weinberg on my search. During the consultation, our family let Mr. Weinberg know that we didn't have a single clue of what to do in a situation like this; he was tremendously gracious in explaining to us the entire process, as well as answering any questions we had. He treated us respectfully, with kindness, and I think the part that I treasured the most from the consultation was the fact that he made us feel we were in good hands. Being young at the time, he also told me something that definitely stuck with me even after all these years: "don't let these things discourage you from achieving your dreams". He became a big inspiration for me to move on with my life after the whole ordeal. Regarding the entire process, Mr. Weinberg and his assistant Cathy (who was just as awesome and personable as Mr. Weinberg) laid out the framework for us plainly, letting us know exactly what I was expected to do, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. He made all court appearances, and guided us through all of my court-mandated duties. Years later, I contacted him for possible expungement of my case. Cathy was the one who corresponded with me primarily with this as the process was simpler for expungement, but the professionalism and standard of practice was exactly the same. Mr. Weinberg even followed up with me after the successful expungement, to see how I was doing! All in all, my family and I were very lucky to have found Mr. Weinberg. He and Cathy helped us through a very stressful situation, and I am sure that we are part of a very large group that share those sentiments.

I highly recommend attorney William Weinberg
I greatly respect and appreciate Bill Weinberg. His professional and kind demeanor at our first meeting and stellar reputation assured me that I had chosen the best possible attorney to represent me. This was proven to me over again during the course of my case. Establishing a comfortable rapport with Bill was effortless and his assistant Cathy was caring and wonderful to work with. I am beyond grateful for the favorable outcome I ended up with due to hiring Bill. Because of his expertise, experience, and the high regard other members of the legal community have for him, I highly recommend Bill Weinberg as someone that anyone could and should entrust his or her legal matter to with utmost confidence.

Professionalism at its Finest
Bill is very knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy and seems to actually care about his clients' well being. In trying times, Bill gave me excellent advice and was someone that helped me feel more at ease despite the legal charge I was facing. I had a first offense misdemeanor DUI with a high BAC, as well as excessive speeding and refusal to cooperate with the police. Needless to say, I was very worried about what would happen to me. There was really no way to get the case dropped or dismissed since there was very concrete evidence against me, however I avoided the mandatory sixty days in jail (due to the fact that I was going 20 MPH above the speed limit while very intoxicated.) I managed to receive thirty days of house arrest instead which isn't commonly given as an option. I am grateful for Bill's help regarding this matter as well as Cathy's assistance. They are both always easily reached by a quick phone call or text and they are always ready to answer any question I may have no matter how small. I would suggest that anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney's assistance to not hesitate and contact Bill immediately, you will not regret doing so.

Highly Recommend William Weinberg
If you need an honest and hard working attorney, I would highly recommend William Weinberg. Mr. Weinberg spent considerable time advising me on the approach to take to resolve my case successfully. He then negotiated with the DA’s Office to have my case dismissed. He and his staff are the consummate professionals and very easy to work with. But most importantly, Mr. Weinberg will work very hard to get you the results you want.

Responds to calls and knowledgeable
I contacted Mr. Weinberg on Friday morning regarding a case post sentencing and reduction of felony charge. I was assured by his assistant that he would call when he returned to the office in the afternoon. I was sure he wouldn't. At 5pm my phone rang and to my surprise he was calling me as promised. He proceeded to answer all my questions and spent over 30 minutes discussing the case with me. I never felt rushed. He even spent time pulling up the status of the case without me even asking. I have contacted several attorneys in the area. Most of which failed to return my call and others who spent no more than 5 minutes speaking to me about what options were available. I haven't retained Mr. Weinberg yet and most definitely will when I decide to move forward with my case. But in the meantime, I felt compelled to leave a review because I know first hand how overwhelming it is to search for an attorney that you can trust when it comes to criminal defense. An attorney that will still treat you with respect and has tremendous knowledge about the field. He could have charged me for the consult and I wouldn't have disagreed bc he went above and beyond during the consult to discuss all possible options. Even on a Friday evening! Thank you for your professionalism Mr. Weinberg.

FANTASTIC RESULTS! YOU CAN TRUST THIS ATTORNEY.
I had an extremely difficult situation resulting from an unfair accusation and unfair treatment by the police. I had never been in that situation before. I was in shock and did not know if anyone could really help me. I contacted one attorney and had a long consultation, but did not feel quite right about that person representing me. I did not have confidence that he really cared about my situation. When I came to see Mr. Weinberg, I had a very different experience. He did not judge me at all, listened politely, took notes, and did not charge me more than a reasonable amount, something which I could afford. He is also a good communicator and returned my calls. Within a few days, he called me to tell me the good news, that the district attorney would not file my case based on talking to Mr. Weinberg. Therefore, this was the best possible result. I did not even have to go to court. I am so glad I found Mr. Weinberg. I went back to his office to say thank you personally and he was in a meeting but came out for a minute to speak to me and say "you're very welcome." I hope to NEVER be in any situation like this again. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever needed him.

You Have to Hire This Attorney
In 2013 I got myself in trouble, facing 5 felonies. My saving grace was that I had never even had a speeding ticket before, but unfortunately I hired the WRONG attorney (Not William Weinberg). I paid around $10,000 for the unnamed attorney to show up and stand next to me. That's it! I am not exaggerating-I have since found out that he had gone into real estate and practiced law on the side (I should have done a better job selecting an attorney at the time-but if you have gone through something like this before, especially for the 1st time, you know how panicked one can be and not think clearly). I ended up taking a plea deal and served 60 days on house arrest and was convicted of only 3 felonies, with 3 year probation. The world seemed to have ended. A few months ago, based on the recommendation of my PO, I looked into hiring an attorney to represent me for my request to terminate probation, reduce my felonies to misdemeanors and expunge my record. I researched and interviewed 4 or 5 attorneys and Mr. Weinberg got the nod. He was very professional and timely in all his communication, very forthright about expectations and economically priced. During our first phone call, he didn't have enough information to answer my questions in detail. He literally asked to give him a few hours so that he could research my case, did so and called me back to give me his thoughts. He didn't even know if I would hire him nor charged me a penny when he spent a at least an hour or two to research my case just so he can speak to me with knowledge of the case. Because of that, I hired him and it was the best decision. "Victory on all fronts!" is what he texted me when we got everything we wanted. Sure it sounds like I am biased because my case successful, but that's not why I am recommending him. I am recommending him because of all the aforementioned facts. Also something that is not tangible, he seemed to actually care, unlike the first attorney I had hired. Consider hiring Mr. Weinberg, seriously, it may be the best decision you make! Good luck!

Felony DUI Expunged, Case Closed
My wife was convicted of a felony DUI which made it difficult for her to volunteer for charitable organizations. Bill Weinburg personally appeared in court on her behalf, after completing all the paperwork, and kept us informed throughout the process. He did everything he said he would do, and made an onerous legal process bearable. Thanks, Bill. (5 stars)

Could this be Clark Kent without his uniform? Take a peek....
Recently Atty. William Weinberg assisted me by answering some pretty confusing questions, and I'm glad I got advice from an expert who could assess my situation on the spot and explain his rationale in a way a non-lawyer like me could understand. When an attorney goes out on a limb to help someone who is not under any type of contract or retainer agreement, it's a pretty solid bet that he pursued his career in law because he truly wants to help people like me who don't always understand the complexity of laws (as more and more laws get passed almost every day to further complicate matters). And while I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Atty. Weinberg, the truth is that in our electronic age, meetings are not mandatory, and I was delighted Atty. Weinberg was more than willing and able to provide the informative answers I desperately needed expeditiously and accurately without me having to fight traffic. Trust me, he delivered like a pro, and his generosity and kindness will save a judge and a few other public servants a tremendous amount of time and energy (saving state and local taxpayer dollars; get the hint about what could have been wasted public resources starting in a courtroom, but wasn't, since Atty. Weinberg came to the rescue?). Atty. Weinberg has the savvy, groomed expertise and flexibility to be able to assist you faster than Clark Kent could get into his Superman costume, and even his email wording was succinct, articulate and to the point (or as they say in the legal profession, "on point"). If you've got a legal challenge and need an attorney who strives for split-second responsiveness or ASAP reporting (not when he gets around to it or when it's convenient for him, but as soon as he literally can), contact Atty. Weinberg. I can assure you if your experiences are anything like mine, Atty. Weinberg will meet or exceed your expectations, nothing less, and you'll be left feeling like you've been rescued (Yeah!). For an attorney to rise to that level of proficiency with impeccable legal acumen and clockwork dependability where he has an inherent "Time is of the essence" respect for his clients requires more than skills and time management; it requires compassion and phenomenal moral characteristics like honesty, integrity and respect for his clients. If you wish to be advised by a master of professionalism and an individual who refuses to lets the scales of justice tip unfairly when he's involved, contact Atty. Weinberg and check him out. You'll be glad you did. And thank you, Atty. Weinberg for your kindness, generosity and your precision in making my litigation anxieties shrink to size.

I would highly recommend William Weinberg
If you want a lawyer who is responsive to your e-mails and telephone messages, if you want someone who knows the court system in Orange County, if you want someone who will fight your case, then Bill Weinberg is the man you should retain. Bill had my case dismissed and the records for the case sealed (the records will eventually be destroyed). Bill has a great office staff who are just as responsive and professional as him.

Petition for Factual Innocence Granted, Thanks to Mr. Weinberg!
I was staying in Orange County for business for a couple of months, within which I managed to get no tan, a $300 dollar jay-walking ticket, and an arrest with felony drug charges! The charges stemmed from my having legally prescribed medications in an unmarked container on my key ring, along with a bad attitude (which I should have kept under control) with the arresting officers. At my arraignment, I produced records of the prescriptions, and immediately the DA dropped the charges. I was thrilled. Fast forward a year, and my new landlord asks me about this felony drug arrest in California. Even though the charges were dropped, the arrest was still on my record and looked horrid. Due to quantity, they were felony drug dealing charges. I contacted Mr. Weinberg in order to determine whether or not there was anything I could do in order to get these charges erased from my permanent record. Mr. Weinberg promptly returned my call, and gave me the run-down of what we would need to do. He did not promise me anything other than that he would file the necessary paperwork and try his best to get a Petition of Factual Innocence granted in order to seal the arrest from being something I would have to deal with every time a background check was made on me in the future. I was many states away and very busy, so I was grateful to have someone else working on this on my behalf. The fee was not cheap, but compared to having this on my record, and not having to deal with this issue myself, his fee was a bargain. I mostly dealt with Cathy Ciuffetelli, his assistant, who kept me up to date and answered all questions I had that came up. Then one day, a few weeks ago, I got a voice mail from Cathy asking me to give her a call back. I call back, and she informs me that Mr. Weinberg was able to get the petition passed! Needless to say, I am more than pleased with Mr. Weinberg's practice (thanks for all your help too Cathy!). I found them both to be very professional and personable, empathizing with my situation and supplying me with all the information I needed. In the end, the product of the work speaks for itself, as Mr. Weinberg was able to accomplish what I needed him to. I also needed someone who would take the ball and run with it, so to speak, as I am a busy individual myself. I did not need to constantly pester them for updates but was able to get immediate responses whenever I had a question. Thanks very much Mr. Weinberg and Cathy!

Client Review
It is not often that I come online to make reviews, but Mr. Weinberg had such an impact on the lives of my family and I that I had to share my experience. My father was facing criminal charges and a divorce at the same time and Mr. Weinberg was instrumental in navigating us through the process. He had an excellent friend who served as our family attorney while Mr. Weinberg guided us on the criminal aspect. His knowledge, expertise and sensitivity towards a case was unmatched. I can speak to this because it was only after being jerked around by other bad attorneys who dont read your documents and who are just after money that I saw the difference. Mr. Weinberg read through everything and we were always so prepared. He'll give you the best advice and has excellent resources and connections available at his disposal. I learned the hard way that not all attorneys will put the time and effort into your case. Dont mess with your future because having gone through this system, the only thing that can help is a good attorney at your side. Once my case was over, Mr. Weinberg answered questions I had on any topic and responded to emails instantly. So nice to know that there are good people out there :)
