Jerry Neil Gans

I have a horribly complicated legal matter and it is likely that Mr. Gans will not take the case but I must say that his professionalism surpasses any I have ever seen before. To start with, we had nearly an hour phone conversation all free and even though we kind of knew that my malpractice case... was too complex given the California cap and the costs may exceed the benefit, he invited me to his office for a conversation that he held in a manner that I found extremely educational: how to formulate a thought and sentence in a legal case such that it becomes understandable to an attorney, etc. He kept it extremely professional and very clearly holding me to the point without hurting me. I felt that he is likely the most important adviser in my life! He did not charge a penny. He spent 2 hours with me in person and while he asked many questions, all his questions were basically advising me! I am grateful for having met him and if I ever have the chance to use his services, I surely will. I also highly recommend his legal service to everyone. The specialty I visited him for was medical malpractice but I am sure he practices in additional fields as well with the same high quality.
