Smooth process from start to finish!

When you finally come to the realization that you need a BK lawyer, you look for the best and most competent person to represent you. Brian is it. We found Brian through a referral from my friend, and we couldn't have been more pleased. On day 1, I called and left a voicemail. Brian personally re...turned my call same day, and we spoke for about an hour on how and why to proceed with BK. He was knowledgeable, answered my questions with straight forward answers, up front with his charges, etc.. Our situation had to do with out of state real estate and finances, and his advice on how to proceed was spot on. Anyhow, throughout the course of filing he was always available via text and/or email. In fact, since my home was quite a distance from his office, he met half way to meet/discuss our case. I never once stepped foot in his office. Long story short, Brian treated us well, was available when we needed him, and we walked away feeling very confident with life after a BK. He is highly recommended!!!!

They don't know what they are doing.

I never write reviews, but I'm so dissatisfied with the service from Immigration Law Authority that I had to let everyone out there know that they need to say away from this place. First of all, I never got to see or talk to the attorney. Secondly, all the girls who work there are incompetent. They ...never return your phone calls, they don't do what they say they are going to do and always gave me incorrect information. They are all Unreliable! ! I have nothing good to say about Immigration Law Authority. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

Excellence in bankruptcy services.

I highly recommend Brian Fenn for his bankruptcy attorney services. My case was particularly complex and involved real estate in two other states. Brian referred me to a top notch real estate professional who was able to efficiently deal with these properties while working with Brian in light of my... pending bankruptcy. There were several other timing issues that came up that made filing for bankruptcy more difficult. Brian guided me through those matters as well. Brian’s very reasonable fees were stated up front. There were no surprises. Although the bankruptcy process is relatively quick, there was a lot of preparation required in order for everything to go smoothly. This preparation saved me quite a bit of money and made the final application quick and easy. On a number of occasions I had face-to-face meetings with Brian as well as email communication. Brian was readily accessible and provided prompt and accurate guidance. My only experience with Brian is his bankruptcy services but I am sure that his professionalism and integrity is found in all aspects of his legal practice. If you are in need of his services, give him a call. I’m certain you won’t regret it and it will be a great step in putting your financial or other legal problems behind you.

Excellent, kind and very helpful!!!!

Mr.Fenn was ever so kind to look over our bankruptcy filing that was done by a paralegal. In a matter of hours he looked over everything and called me back and gave us peace of mind. He didn't charge or ask anything in exchange. If I could do this over I would hire him in a quick second and saved mys...elf the worry over this whole process. Quality lawyer right here! I didn't think anybody would look over our file,spend time on it and be as meticulous as Mr.Fenn was and give us peace of mind for free. Thank you Mr.Fenn!!
