I needed an attorney to take on Keenan and Associates, well known for their history of deny and force settlement.  I also had an old case, original injury 2007, past time limits for filing another claim due to disability that had spread from my original injury.   My 2 requirements were a law office t...hat was Christian based and had successfully fought and won against Keenan and Associates. An appeal was submitted to the State Work comp board by their office and the State overturned the previous denials that the Dr's office couldn't even get done.  I knew exactly what was happening,  what to expect and the outcome was amazing! I incurred a work injury (herniated disc in my neck) in 2013 and initially worked directly with my company's Safety department, medical provider and insurance company. The pain was excruciating but I continued working almost full time. Having never experienced a work injury, I quickly discovered th...at the Worker's Compensation system is not dedicated to the well-being of the employee but, instead, on claim/expense mitigation. Mr. Meline took my case in 2001, I had injured myself at work and tried to wait before reporting to see if the injury would rectify itself. When I came to him it was already too late to open a new claim, and the insurance company dug it's heels in, so I couldn't receive any medical assistance.
