I can actually say I have never met anyone like Mr. Meline he is truly a rare breed of an workmancomp attorney he not just fights for your case but he fights for you the person and let's you know he is there for you. His character speaks for itself, he never let's you get lost among all the paperwork... that comes with the many court decisions and dates, he fights for you at beginning all the way until the end. I incurred a work injury (herniated disc in my neck) in 2013 and initially worked directly with my company's Safety department, medical provider and insurance company. The pain was excruciating but I continued working almost full time. Having never experienced a work injury, I quickly discovered th...at the Worker's Compensation system is not dedicated to the well-being of the employee but, instead, on claim/expense mitigation. I tried working through "the system" for three months and finally could not continue due to the physical pain combined with the stress of trying to get appropriate care. That's when I was referred to Mr. Meline. What a blessing! He spent time on the phone explaining the whole process and I easily understood why it is prudent for employees to have representation. Mr. Meline took my case in 2001, I had injured myself at work and tried to wait before reporting to see if the injury would rectify itself. When I came to him it was already too late to open a new claim, and the insurance company dug it's heels in, so I couldn't receive any medical assistance. Due to... his understanding of the law, and his incredible negotiating skills, the insurance company chose to settle with a buy out, which helped me may the medical bills that I had built up. This man's compassion, humility, understanding of law, shrewdness and confidence combines to create a very effective tool to help you achieve the best possible outcome from an otherwise unfriendly system.
