Look no further. I was in need of an attorney when my Workers Compensation denied my case twice. I was frustrated and worried. I needed an attorney to take on Keenan and Associates, well known for their history of deny and force settlement.  I also had an old case, original injury 2007, past time limits for filing another claim due to disability that had spread from my original injury.   My 2 requirements were a law office t...hat was Christian based and had successfully fought and won against Keenan and Associates. I found that with Mr. Steve Meline and Mr. Sean Vargas.  The staff at their office was always courteous, and I truly did call alot for status.  They helped me to understand the laws and what to expect.  Mr. Meline came up with a way to put pressure on Keenan and to help create the environment to want to settle in my favor,  while Mr. Sean Vargas was at all the hearings,  deposition and an awesome negotiator! An appeal was submitted to the State Work comp board by their office and the State overturned the previous denials that the Dr's office couldn't even get done.  I knew exactly what was happening,  what to expect and the outcome was amazing! Due to their experience,  they are familiar with high ranking Corporate Attorneys, and  knew just how to work with them on my behalf.  We just settled and we are thrilled to be out of the work comp fiasco so I can finally get the right care by my Dr for CRPS. Originally referred by the OC Bar. This gentleman started my case all gung ho and ready to take them to court if need be. Two years later after numerous imcompetent events in this case (QME doctor completely missed the main injury), we are "settling" for a low amount and he is not even returning call...s as I am still waiting for something to finalize more than 30 days after signing the settlement agreement. The defendant sent a letter two weeks ago saying they had already stopped disability payments (how I was paying the mortgage and bills) as soon as they "heard" about a settlement being reached. A month later I am broke, not able to pay any bills, and my attorney hasn't returned any of my calls in 2.5 weeks. Going down in a financial ball of flames due to legal imcompetence and extremely poor representation. Not good and not acceptable. 24 hours from now I will return to the OC Bar and update them on this referral and ask for their advice. I will uodate this review as needed.

We had briefly looked in the Christian directory for an attorney and found Steve Meline. He had consulted with my husband and myself reguarding my husband's injury. His staff was nothing but extremely helpful and kind. My experience with them was very positive, and if I need a W/C attorney again, ...I would use them again. Very knowledgeable staff and were always able to answer any questions we had. If there was something that they were not sure of, they talked to Steve Meline and would call us back with information.
