Prior to forming The Gebler Firm in 2009, which emphasisis nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and serious personal injury, Mr. Gebler was a principal trial attorney at the Woodland Hills firm of Berglund & Johnson for ten years, a firm specializing in Personal Injury, Products Liability and Elder Abuse/Neglect. He has been acknowledged by his peers to be one of the foremost trial lawyers in California, having successfully tried dozens of cases in both State and Federal Courts throughout Califonia for the past thirty-six years, in a variety of Nursing Home Neglect, Insurance Bad Faith, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability and Personal Injury matters as well as Complex Business Litigation.
