I do not know where to begin. My Franchise Agreement was coming to an end, and I had some issues during my term that made me decide I did not want to re-sign. We were up against another State Franchisor and she took the time to look into their laws to serve me best, which she already knew most of it. She came back with a lot of great information that would help our case pertaining to my issues I had. Than, I made an opps, after hiring Janet for my initial needs, I than decided to try and write a formal letter myself to save some money. Well, that almost backfired on me and than I had her do what she suggested at first, and from there it took a turn for the best for us and all in all, I feel like a winner! I don't know if these cases have a winner or looser in the end, but when you get what you want, while staying in the boundaries you set in your own mind before things start, I would have to say you are a winner! Janet is amazing, and very knowledgeable, and I even think she is so good, she has an intimidation level in her that puts the fear in her peers!

What I liked about the process – Everything! While dealing with lawyers (sorry to generalize) can be quite nerve-racking at times, Janet was always easy to talk to and very down to earth. She would take the time to inform me of the risks with the decisions I wanted to make in plain English so I could... assess appropriately. However, what I found most valuable is she was very assertive in telling me when I needed to change my approach in order to be compliant with the state. Being that I’m very aggressive in business, having Janet keep me in line was of extreme value to me. Throughout the process, I felt like Janet was on my team as she was quite supportive and engaging with me as I had many, many questions. Looking forward to our continued partnership!
