I made some very stupid mistakes with my friends a couple of years ago, and ended up getting a court letter in the mail about a year later stating that I was being charged with 3 misdemeanors. This was my first time ever being involved with the law, as I had never received even a parking ticket prior to this incident. I felt completely overwhelmed and anxious for days, and even had trouble sleeping. I searched around for different lawyers in my area, and immediately felt comfortable with Dyke and his assistant Kym. He was extremely understanding of my situation, yet very straightforward and clear with his approach to tackle the whole ordeal. He helped to put my mind at ease with the court case and was very professional, yet friendly, at the same time. He handled everything for me and represented in me court. Dyke was able to get my charges dismissed through some volunteer work and restitution fees. I was given a 2nd chance in life to stay on a straight path and out of trouble, and have done just that since this case about 2 years ago. I highly recommend Dyke, his work is absolutely superb.

Dyke is a legend as far as I am concerned. He has gotten me out of big time trouble using his knowledge of the law. While he has a small firm just him and his secretary I have witnessed the magic that he can do in a court room. He is straight to the point when it comes to your case and is passionate about each and everyone of his clients. While he's been my attorney for multiple cases he has never let me down even when the odds where severely stacked against me. Not to mention he is willing to work with you on his cost, while he isn't cheap he is extremely fair. But as far as attorneys go I will never use a different one and would recommend him to anyone I care about if they were to get themselves in a sticky situation. I can't thank the man enough for what he has done for me!

This is long overdue. I am a former Marine, got into some stupid trouble (first time in my life). Dyke was a great advocate and adviser. He didn't sugar coat anything but he remained buoyant and positive.
Despite fact that I ended up pleading out and going to prison I know Dyke did everything in his power to help me. All is good now and it's a lesson learned.
Smart, trustworthy and reliable and good taste in music and guitar players. Highest recommendation.

Dyke Huish is a very straight forward attorney, that will make you feel comfortable about your case. While making no promises. He works his magic....
I've recent got myself in trouble, scared, tired, no patience. I've went through 2 attorneys which gave me promises of a drawer full of dry leaves... in the mean time my gut was telling me to keep searching for a different attorney... I was in contact with Mr. Dyke Huish. I've explained to him my issues and concern with my attorneys and my case with him. He explained to me the legal process.. and how it works and what will happen. He told me what he will do and what he will not do, what I can do and what I cannot do. I'd agreed.
In fact he knew about about my attorney and my case at the time and asked in passing... about my case to my attorney at that time, and he had no clue what Mr Dyke Huish was talking about( he didn't even remember my case). That's when I retained Mr. Dyke Huish. And what a blessing it was. He will not just work for you, he will go the extra mile for you.
Mr. Dyke Huish taught me a lot. He taught how to have patience, how to be clam, and must importantly how to not sweat the small stuff and over think.
Thank You Dyke! For helping with my case reducing the charges and helping me find myself. I will always be grateful to you!

I just wanted to say here thank you to Mr. Huish of taking my case and everything he did for me. It was tricky from the start but he took the time to figure it all out and make it work. I am grateful to have found a lawyer like this. I don't plan on ever being in trouble again but if I did this is my first call. Thanks for being there and being so good at your job.

I hate giving reviews but I felt I had to give one on Mr. Huish. I had a bad case - lets just say real bad. It took about four months of fighting but he did it. Case Dismissed. I thought I would go to jail for sure. But what I liked most is he never gave up on me. He helped me get through this on lots of levels including getting me the right help for a substance issue. I'm back to work, back with my family and back to feeling hopeful - Thank you Dyke Huish. Go meet him if you have a case - you will see the big difference.

I am not sure how he did it. Three of my friends had the exact same problem as I did. They all went to jail and I did not. We all got arrested together for the same thing and they had different lawyers. The Public Defender had one and plead out my friend on the first day. The other two hired people and they also plead guilty to jail within two weeks But Dyke hung in there and kept going back until as he put it "everything lined up." Well it did, he called me and told me I had to get to his office right away so he could make it happen. Within three hours he had it resolved and I did not go to jail. My friends all got 60 days, I got nothing. Thank you Dyke.

Not sure how to write this. I got arrested for a DUI. Never been in trouble before. I found this lawyer on the Internet and he talked to me for a long time on the phone. Other lawyer talked money - he talked about me and my problems. I immediately felt better. His assistant Kim was awesome and very helpful. But most importantly he fixed my DUI wight he DMV and the Court.

I just sat as a Juror in a trial with Mr. Huish. I have been around many lawyers and this is my second time on a jury. I have never watched a trail lawyer like this guy. He was impressive on every level. He was professional to the other lawyer. He was powerful and impressive with witnesses and when he gave his closing argument you could hear a pin drop. It was like watching a master story teller and movie star at the same time. When we got to the jury room everyone agreed that he was an amazing lawyer.
What I found most interesting was that he made us feel his passion and commitment to his client. Even the Judge kept talking about how good he was - not to mention the prosecution had two clearly experienced lawyers up against him. They were also very good - one was a Senior DA that had many done many trials but they simply could not match Mr. Huish. This lawyer is simply the best trial lawyer I have ever seen, And yes we found his client Not Guilty of all charges.

I'm not good at writing things but I did want to write a shout out to my lawyer. My dad found Dyke through a big law firm who gave the recommendation to Dyke for a criminal case. He was easy to work with and not as expensive as others. When I called him he talked straight and helped me to understand the process. Most importantly he got my entire case dropped and cleared my record. I'm an average person but I was glad to find a lawyer that the big law firms use. Having someone with juice makes a big difference.
I recommend this lawyer to anyone with a criminal case - or if you just need to talk to someone about the law.
