It has been over 5 years and I haven’t cashed the settlement check because I wanted to reopen the case but they wouldn’t let me. This case didn’t do anything goof for me but only mistakes. Finally, I asked them to send me a new settlement check. I have been asking for several months and still not rec...eiving my settlement check. He was not communicating with me until recently. Last time I talked to him was 2 weeks ago about putting a stop on previous check and send me a new one. Still not receiving my check.
