Biography
I have been successully representing clients for over 20 years and became a lawyer in December of 2000. As an experienced and compassionate lawyer, I pride myself on being honest and straighforward with all my clients.
Criminal Law has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping my clients in their time of need and representing them to the court for the human being they are and not the mistake that was made. As many of my clients will agree, once you have been properly represented by me, we become more like family rather than just attorney and client.
Family Law is another area of practice that requires a very patient and caring lawyer. I too was once involved in a Family Law/Custody battle and know how difficult it can be to break down a marriage and homelife for your children. It is because of my own experience that I am able to represent and understand clients in these situations with compassion and knowledge.

Honest and Reliable
I hired Mr. Stivers to handle my DUI case. Although it involved a felony stolen property case and DUI Jeff was able to get it resolved as a misdemeanor and no jail time.
