5 stars for sure! Jeff was super communicative from day 1 and all throughout my case. His response times were extremely quick and information on his input was very accurate. We got really good results in court from what could have been much worse compared to others that I knew about, with the same ty...pe of DUI case. Along with being a great attorney with my case, he also gave great advice during a tough time. I really couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for DUI and family attorney! He knows what he’s talking about and has your back. I felt it from the moment I first called about my case.

I ran out of money and was awaiting payment of jobs so I could pay Mr Stivers, he got scared that I couldn't pay him at all so he "urged" me to sign a sub-out form 3 weeks before my divorce. I had been married 20 years with 5 kids, 4 of which were still at home with me. It ended up that I got NO al...imony, NO child support & none of our 401K or investments, I even lost the family home. Had Mr Stivers looked into the loan or title, he would have found that my ex had not been paying on the interest of the loan as he had agreed to had refinanced without my knowledge. My ex bankrupted the business by moving the financial assets out and left me the house and business in the divorce in exchange for all of the above. Would I recommend Mr Stivers? Definitely not! Did he do his job and protect me and the kids? Definitely not. I would not recommend him at all.

Jeffrey took on a difficult case for my brother and I was amazed by how knowledgable, professional and compassionate he was. He was able to accomplish an amazing task to help my brother with his legal issues, both at the state and the federal level. Not only did he work above and beyond what any one ...could ever expect, he really cared about my brother's outcome and getting him the best help possible. I can't say enough positive things about him. I absolutely would recommend him.
