I had the pleasure to be helped by Mr Ibrahim with a couple of Restraining orders against me. From the beginning, Mr Ibrahim was profesional, compassionate, and made me feel secure that he would do everything legally possible to help me with my cases. His staff was well knowledgeable about the i...nformation needed from me to better represent me in court. His staff did always responded to my questions via phone, email, texts, and My Case webpage. They were courteous and had patience with every aspect of the legal proceedings. Mr Ibrahim responded all my questions pertaining to my cases. He had a clear plan as to the best defence and legal strategies to bring in to court. This is a key component of why in the end, I had positive outcome. In court he acted very profesional, he had good report with the preceding judge. He was calm, collected, and assertive. He made me feel at ease with my anxieties. He did most of the talking for me and he involved me only when needed. Mr Ibrahim's qualities that I described, are extensions to his character, professionalism, and experience. These are attributes hard to find nowadays. I would hire him again If I had to. He is reasonable with his fees. I never felt pressured under his guidance. We need more Lawyers like him in this world. I was so impressed by John’s extensive experience and knowledge with family law. It was very apparent that he has developed a strong and positive rapport with his peers and judges as he appeared highly respected. What was most impressive is how he handled my case in the court room. He was prepared an...d fought for me. I felt so relieved to have him on my side. I had been struggling with a custody battle for over 2 years with a previous attorney. My bill was astronomical. I loved that he offers a flat fee rate so there were no surprises. At the end he got me the custody terms I wanted in only a matter of a couple of months! I couldn’t be happier! If I ever need another lawyer I will definitely call him again. I retained John for multiple cases. My daughters father took me to court for 3 years. The original attorney I had was not great. After I retained John for the first case we came to a settlement and my daughters father settled for noncustodial parent. He then took me to court again asking for some phy...sical and legal custody at which time he refused to return my daughter to me (for the second time) once again I retained John and once again we won the case. He then filed multiple Ex Parte orders which were all denied for lack of emergency and I retained John every time! The most recent case was for my sons father who has many legal issues and today we won sole physical and sole legal custody with no visits to father thanks to John! Where to start..? The only thing Mr. Ibrahim will do, is get the best outcome for you, period. He is calm, polite, responsive, financially flexible and extremely professional, and most importantly, you always know where you stand in your case. Unlike civil or criminal courts, where you are essentiall...y fighting the State, in Family Court, the only thing that matters is what's best for all the parties involved, especially the childrens'. But divorce and custody issues are not that simple and straightforward, unfortunately. There will most likely be the obfuscation of facts, intentional deceit, pettiness, mild to outlandish extortion attempts (you can call them "requests"), and outright lying. This is the unsavory bit associated with Divorce and Family Court in general, and it's well earned. And for all those reasons mentioned and many more, are the reasons why you need someone like John in your corner. In an emotionally charged setting you need an attorney that you can not only trust, but one that you deep down inside TRULY believe is fighting for you... this is your family we're talking about! You will not find a better fighter/attorney than Mr. Ibrahim. Certainly not at this price-point. I would, without hesitation, retain Mr. Ibrahim again, for any future family court issues that may arise. #fingerscrossed
