DO NOT HIRE this attorney because he is a completed INCOMPETENT attorney and does not care about winning his clients' cases. I hired his law firm to do interrogatory discovery and to represent me in court and it was a completed disaster. His law office sent out the interrogatory discovery questions b...ut did not follow up to file motion compel to discovery when the opposing party refused to answer interrogatory questions. Because his law office did not do the interrogatory discovery correctly, we showed up to court with no evidences to argue our case. The judge presiding my case was visible upset at my lawyer for showing up to court without any evidence. The judge asked my lawyer "why did you show up to court without any evidence?" The judge then asked Mr Ibrahim why your client should have primary custody of the child. Mr. Ibrahim made a hypothetical argument which resulted in the judge dismissed the case. The judge dismissed my case in less than 2 minutes because we came to court with no evidence and my incompetent lawyer made hypothetical argument on my behalf. Mr. Ibrahim did nothing on my case. I sent his law office the request for order that I wrote because I originally planned to represent myself. It took his law office 7 weeks to edit the request for order that I sent them. His paralegal Elizabeth edited the request for order that I wrote and submitted. Mr Ibrahim did not even go over the request for order to make sure it was done correctly. During my hearing, the judge said my request for order was full of irrelevant information. I spoke with Mr Ibrahim once on the phone which was at 8 pm the night before my court hearing. Mr. Ibrahim came to my court hearing un-prepared, failed to do interrogatory discovery correctly and made fundamental error by making hypothetical argument in court. The judge could dismiss my case due to lack of evidence or due to hypothetical argument. DO NOT HIRE this attorney because you just going to waste your time and money. He will not spend any time preparing your case and he does not care about winning your case for you.

I contacted Atty. John Ibrahim in the internet via Goggle. I spoke with him and told him my intentions and hopes.. John was very courteous over the phone and very easy to understand. He mentioned to me about the flat fee which was very reasonable. When I agreed he wrote me the Engagement agreement. T...hen He instructed me to see his assistant who was also very professional and knowledgable as he is. The case was filed in no time and in two court hearings. We won the case.

What should have been a very straightforward and simple process turned into a 2 year ordeal thanks to opposing party. Each day was an adventure into the strange and unexplainable.
