Being that this was my first serious auto accident that involved my car being totaled and me sustaining multiple injuries, I was extremely nervous and anxious about how to approach the situation initially. It was overwhelming to say the least, for me to think about the severity of my injuries, obtai...ning proper treatment, medical costs, not having a car, etc. It was also the first time I ever sought out legal help for anything. Fortunately, Ramin Raiszadeh came highly recommended through a close friend of mine who ensured me that Ramin was someone I can trust. And so I did, having heard how my friend was once involved in a similar incident which Ramen represented and exceeded his expectations. And so as of today, after 9 long grueling months of treatment and rehabilitation, I cannot express enough how grateful and relieved I am about the outcome of my case and more importantly, the progress of my physical injuries. I owe it largely to Ramin and his staff for their professional guidance and simply being there for me every step of the way. FIRST and foremost, compensation for my car was settled immediately(actually received more than I paid for it). SECONDLY, assuming how busy law firms can get, I was beyond pleasantly surprised how involved Ramin and his staff were throughout the entire treatment process. Worrying about the long-term effects of my injuries was the most stressful aspect of this accident. Aside from connecting me with the best available treatment in my area, I very much appreciated the constant follow ups on my progress making me feel at ease and not alone. Making a full recovery is what I am most relieved about today and Ramin personally showed a genuine concern/effort in making sure I accomplished just that before moving onto anything else. LASTLY, I had no idea what to expect as far as compensation goes(aside from my car). As my treatment came to an end, the dialogue between Ramin and I focused more on the settlement with no exact numbers really being mentioned. It was always just to reach out to me and keep me in the loop at all times(very important to me) and let me know things were being “negotiated”. In all honesty, I didn’t want to expect much and ultimately set myself up for disappointment. The final settlement, as it turned out, was nearly FOUR times from what I had anticipated. Still in shock! Not even sure if this is typical for a case like mine. As I said, this was the first time ever dealing with this type of situation and pray to god, it will be the last. So needless to say, I couldn’t be happier entrusting Ramin with handling my case. There is no way I could have handled all this on my own. I also truly believe it takes a skilled attorney that knows how to effectively negotiate along with a great supporting staff to achieve results like this. So my advice to anyone in a similar situation is to protect yourself from an unfair settlement by considering legal representation, BUT choose wisely. I cannot imagine everyone having the same positive results as I did from just any attorney. As extensive as this review is of Ramin, I promise it is well deserved. Good luck.

I had a very good experience with Ramin Raiszadeh's legal team (TorkLaw). I got into a motorcycle accident and spent about a year trying to get everything handled on my own and it was an absolute nightmare. Lots of restless nights and days spent worrying about my health and whether or not I'd actuall...y be compensated. After I had finally become fed-up trying to do everything on my own I came to the conclusion I would never see a fair settlement without a Law Firm's assistance. Thankfully I kept good records and pictures of the damages. I finally gave Ramin a call and left a voicemail. All-in-all the people I worked with all seemed to be genuinely kind, and to care for my well-being, AND they were able to get me a settlement that (while still fair) was 10X what I would have expected otherwise. If I ever see them again under different circumstances I will definitely be very enthusiastic.

I had a motorcycle accident on February 24th, 2017, which totaled my bike and left me in serious pain and not knowing what on my body was damaged. A police report was taken and my insurance contacted. I was in such pain and scrapped up off the asphalt so fast by paramedics that I never got the other ...parties information. I've never been in an accident involving two parties and bodily injury as bad as this before. I called a few fellow riders who had recently also had accidents and was referred to Ramin and his firm. For me this was a huge deal due the fact that I was supposed to start a Law Enforcement Academy beginning of March. I unfortunately missed the academy to due my injuries but was able to rollover to the next one in August. I couldn't have recovered as fast I did and graduate the academy without them making sure I was able to get the best medical attention and not have any pain, issues, or stress worrying how I was going to handle the financial burden from missing work and providing for my family. I can't thank them enough for the awesome work they've done, the tremendous amount of effort, and the incredible compassion they showed not just me, to everyone they've helped in and out of our motorcycle group.
