Mr. Phelps asked the important questions and really listened to my answers. He took the time that the situation called for and helped us get the compensation we were owed. I recommend his services.
Responsive, took the case overlooked by others, good resolve
As with contingency matters, merits (for an estimate of probability of a win and time involved) and claim size are what attorneys look for - the lowest hanging fruit. Marc Phelps was the first to show interest in the case of all local attorneys, the most responsive considering it was contingency, and the most competent specifically dealing with employment issues from his experience with other companies rather than a sideline of a higher markup practice. Also, you get ... Marc, not a first year associate. If there are reasons contingency is not an option in a case, he has a network of others that he may share with or refer to. I had an acceptable resolve of my matter and I highly recommend Marc.
I represent employees in a variety of employment related class action and individual matters. Â My practice areas include wrongful termination and discrimination, harassment, unpaid overtime, and missed meal and rest breaks. I also represent consumers in disputes against companies for consumer fraud, harassing telephone calls and bank fees. I have litigated against Fortune 500 companies, including some of the largest companies in California and the United States. My goal is to right injustices by obtaining the maximum recovery for clients and to stop abuses by big corporations.

MARC IS WHO YOU WANT!
Marc is not only professional but is so smart and studies every case like it is the biggest trial of his career. He graduated from USC Law School and is really intelligent in what he does and how he approaches the stand and judge. He helped me get through a big case that the judge is known for throwing people into custody and not only did Marc get me out of hat situation, but he was able to get me another court date because of his great speech and persuasion with the judge. I definitely would recommend Marc Phelps to anyone.
