Kathleen O'Hanlon Peterson

I handle business litigation matters, including trade secrets, trademark, copyright, non-competition, fraud, 17200 and breach of contract claims.

I have a particular interest in family law matters in Orange and Los Angeles counties where there is a business interest, intellectual property or deferred compensation issue to be determined, such as stock options or "stay" bonuses. I also have an interest in representing members of Registered Domestic Partnerships.

I represent employers in disputes and provide advice on employment issues. I also counsel high level employees on trade secret and non-competition issues under California law.
