Dismissed My Case After 15 Minutes - DA Negotiation!!! I had an altercation with a gas station clerk due to some family involvement. That clerk pulled a knife on me, I defendant my life by pushing him and punching him in the face. I called the police, but by the time the police arrived the clerk ...hide the knife and the only thing the police observed was the clerk's mark of my punch on the clerk’s face. The police were convened that I was the aggressor. Unfortunately, when the clerk produced the gas station’s video, he deleted the part where he pulled the knife on me. The only evidence reviewed by the DA was the red eye of the clerk and I was charged with battery. I hired two lawyers. None of them was able to advocate for me to show the DA the truth. Mine is the case of dual residency in US and India(which is a perfectly legitimate immigration option, if you hav...e needs to live elsewhere than US while keep the Permanent Resident Status have a Hasslefree Path to Citizenship). I had a life-changing event and related changes due to which this dual residency had to be arranged. I had come to US on My Merit and Procured the Green Card on My Merit, however due to gross mishandling by previous two immigration attorneys, the renewal in 2019 got delayed and I was put in a precarious situation in the last minute. Mr. Anthony Marcus, was Spontaneous, Extremely Diligent is just sniffing the Pertinent Information That was just needed to quash any questions on the matter and my Renewed Permanent Residency Card is being dispatched as of September 14th, 2020. My Spouses's I-130 approval came in July 2018 and his Priority Date has been current since August 2018. If done Right, we would have obtain My Spouse's Permanent Residency Card by October 2018, but that didn't happen due to gross misconduct and severe negligence of the then attorneys and immigration attorney. We have been grossly misguided by the previous two immigration attorneys on this matter and Printing of his Permanent Residency Card and GC Stamping got delayed until this year and since March 2020 we have been battling pandemic and consulate closing matters.
