People v. Moncada After a night of drinking with my familia, I realized that I have to go to work, I called Uber, but they did not come. I was afraid to miss work, and I decided to drive myself to go to work. It was the wrong decision I enter the freeway and crossed all the lanes and hit a new 201...7 Honda. The hit caused the Honda to spun and hit the freeway wall to be total. My car also bounced out of control to the other direction of the freeway and hit the other wall and was totally inoperable. I was arrested and charged with a felony DUI, my bail was $100,000. Hiring Mr. Marcus was the only good news after this horrific experience. Mr. Marcus got me out of jail on OR without one penny out of my pocket; he then miraculously reduced my felony to a misdemeanor. The more amazing thing, Mr. Marcus struck a deal with the DA and I did not get jail time beyond the 4 days I spent in jail before he OR me. I only paid fine, participated in DUI program, and did community services. Mr. Marcus did not stop to defend me; he also went with me to my restitution hearing and dismissed the demand of the damages with zero dollars out of my pocket. I am speechless and out of words to thank him for his professionalism and zeal for his clients. He is not only an outstanding lawyer; he also treats people with respect and recognizes their dignity. The most important thing for me, that his legal fees were very affordable.
