Excellent friendly service, my case was dismissed.

Highly recommended

Dismissed My Case After 15 Minutes - DA Negotiation!!! I had an altercation with a gas station clerk due to some family involvement. That clerk pulled a knife on me, I defendant my life by pushing him and punching him in the face. I called the police, but by the time the police arrived the clerk hide the knife and the only thing the police observed was the clerk's mark of my punch on the clerk’s face. The police were convened that I was the aggressor. Unfortunately, when the clerk produced the gas station’s video, he deleted the part where he pulled the knife on me. The only evidence reviewed by the DA was the red eye of the clerk and I was charged with battery. I hired two lawyers. None of them was able to advocate for me to show the DA the truth. They just want to make money from my unfortunate situation. Finally, I find Mr. Marcus online and read the unparalleled clients’ reviews about his successes, honestly, hard work, and affordable rate. I immediately called him and no kidding, I immediately felt what I read about him was true. I hired him on the spot. He met with me two times and we reviewed the case to strategize a solution. He explained his plan on how he will dismiss my case. On the day of the pretrial, he came very early and was the first to speak to the DA about my case. Civil Litigation Warrior

Civil Litigation Warrior I was served with a deposition. To which I hired Mr. Marcus to defend me, and he did beyond the expectation. He trained me on how to handle myself during the deposition. Went over the issues that might or might not come and explained everything beforehand. The fear I had when I received the deposition subpoena disappeared after Mr. Marcus started to represent me. During the deposition, he was very alert to everything the opposing attorney asked me. He objected and argued with the opposing attorney over many issues that were not appropriate and he made sure that his objections and my voice were on the records. During the deposition, I felt at peace knowing that Mr. Marcus was beside me. He absolutely gained my trust by how he encountered the ordeal head-on with confidence. Best Immigration Attorney and Exemplary Attention to Detail and Just The Best

Mr. Anthony Marcus, is an Excellent Immigration Attorney. My Immigration Case was a straightforward case of Permanent Residency Card Renewal and Obtaining my Renewed Permanent Green Card. Mine is the case of dual residency in US and India(which is a perfectly legitimate immigration option, if you have needs to live elsewhere than US while keep the Permanent Resident Status have a Hasslefree Path to Citizenship). I had a life-changing event and related changes due to which this dual residency had to be arranged. I had come to US on My Merit and Procured the Green Card on My Merit, however due to gross mishandling by previous two immigration attorneys, the renewal in 2019 got delayed and I was put in a precarious situation in the last minute. Mr. Anthony Marcus, was Spontaneous, Extremely Diligent is just sniffing the Pertinent Information That was just needed to quash any questions on the matter and my Renewed Permanent Residency Card is being dispatched as of September 14th, 2020. My Spouses's I-130 approval came in July 2018 and his Priority Date has been current since August 2018. If done Right, we would have obtain My Spouse's Permanent Residency Card by October 2018, but that didn't happen due to gross misconduct and severe negligence of the then attorneys and immigration attorney. We have been grossly misguided by the previous two immigration attorneys on this matter and Printing of his Permanent Residency Card and GC Stamping got delayed until this year and since March 2020 we have been battling pandemic and consulate closing matters. Thanks to the Excellent Services of Mr. Anthony Marcus, he just knew what need to be done and Since my Renewed Permanent Residency Card is Through and the Consulate Offices have now opened, I am confident of my Spouse's Green Card Being Printed in an Expedited Fashion as well. FRIENDLY IMMIGRATION LAWYER

It was hard to find an affordable, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable attorney to represent my immigration case. I spoke to many attorneys and was not satisfied. However, after talking to attorney Anthony Marcus, I immediately observed his friendly personality and the way he understands my situation. I hired him to petition for my spouse’s green card. He came to our house to explain the process and exhibited a confident knowledge of the Immigration law. The case was filed in December of 2018. At the end of May 2019, we got a request for clarification for my spouse’s birth certificate. Mr. Marcus explained why they needed that and asked for new original documents. After we gathered the materials, Mr. Marcus prepared a letter and sent it to the Immigration office. Within three months, my spouse’s work authorization was approved, and we received a letter scheduling the green card interview. Prior to the interview, Mr. Marcus met with us three times and rehearsed with us a mock interview twice. On the day of the interview, he came with us and explained the steps and communicated with the office during the interview. After a brief 20-minute interview, the officer asked us to wait outside in order to clear a small lapse of time in my spouse’s visa (he was as a student three months prior, when his F1 visa ended). Mr. Marcus explained why the officer needed approval from his supervisor. While we were waiting Mr. Marcus confidently told my spouse “congratulation on your green card!” That was even before the officer invited us back in and gave us the Green Card approval letter. I will always rely on the outstanding legal help of Anthony Marcus if needed in the future.

Best Attorney Ever

I have been in the country for 30 years without any legal documents except the DACA status. I got married and my attorney, Anthony Marcus petitioned for me through my spouse. The application got approved, then, Mr. Marcus applied for my adjustment of status. After 7 months, we received a letter stating that the adjustment of status and all other applications associated with it are suspended. That means I cannot obtain my travel documents to legally reenter the United States to complete the adjustment of status requirements. I was in distress over this, however, Mr. Marcus applied for an emergency advance parole to leave and reenter the United States. He made an emergency appointment within two days of his phone call to the USCIS. We went to the local USCIS Field Center, we pled my case with the immigration officer, the officer sent us to make a biometric and come back with an hour and half to receive the travel document. WOW, I cannot believe it, I will be able to leave to Mexico and come back to receive my Green Card. Thanks to my attorney for his diligent full-heated work with me!

He was very helpful and assisted us in filling the application, gathering the documents needed. He answered our phone call without a delay when we called him and also updated us with the progress of the case. Within six months we got our asylum interview. He prepared us by creating a list of questions based on the facts of our case. He trained us on how to answer. Our preparation was comprehensive and to the point. Wonderful Immigration Lawyer!

I hired him over the phone and he was able to expunge my criminal records within 6 weeks, afterward, he filed an application for my neutralization and within three weeks, I received the notice for fingerprint and soon after He went with me to the citizenship interview. From a Felony to a Misdemeanor – From 100K Bail to OR

People v. Moncada After a night of drinking with my familia, I realized that I have to go to work, I called Uber, but they did not come. I was afraid to miss work, and I decided to drive myself to go to work. It was the wrong decision I enter the freeway and crossed all the lanes and hit a new 2017 Honda. The hit caused the Honda to spun and hit the freeway wall to be total. My car also bounced out of control to the other direction of the freeway and hit the other wall and was totally inoperable. I was arrested and charged with a felony DUI, my bail was $100,000. Hiring Mr. Marcus was the only good news after this horrific experience. Mr. Marcus got me out of jail on OR without one penny out of my pocket; he then miraculously reduced my felony to a misdemeanor. The more amazing thing, Mr. Marcus struck a deal with the DA and I did not get jail time beyond the 4 days I spent in jail before he OR me. I only paid fine, participated in DUI program, and did community services. Mr. Marcus did not stop to defend me; he also went with me to my restitution hearing and dismissed the demand of the damages with zero dollars out of my pocket. I am speechless and out of words to thank him for his professionalism and zeal for his clients. He is not only an outstanding lawyer; he also treats people with respect and recognizes their dignity. The most important thing for me, that his legal fees were very affordable.

Helped me Without Any Change!

OMG Thank You!!! I'm honestly am left a bit speechless at how thankful I am for Anthony Marcus. Just now, I was literally left in shambles by a group posing as lawyers who left me high and dry. When I called Anthony Marcus, I was left feeling defeated and desolate. I didn't actually think anyone could help me. I called Anthony Marcus, and not only did he give me advice on my case in general, but he gave me step by step instructions for how to fight back and fix the damage that the group posing as lawyers had done. Dismissed my Felony!

People v. Hernandez During a B.B.Q. with family, my girlfriend engaged in a fight with the neighbor. The fight quickly escalated and three girls were in the top of my girlfriend. I tried to get my girlfriend from underneath them, but the husband of the neighbor kicked me and starts to chase me. After the fight stopped, the police came searching for me and I was accused of a felony, an assault with a deadly weapon. I searched for an attorney until, I find Mr. Marcus, and from the first consultation he was very accommodating and answered all our questions, he also give me a great payment plan. In the first hearing Mr. Marcus was able to reduce the felony into a misdemeanor. Later, through his diligent negotiation with the DA he got me a great deal, where I was only to pay restitution of $500 and take 12 hours class of anger management, pending a Differ Entry of Judgment, where I withdraw my guilty plea and the judge dismissed even the misdemeanor ending up with no records of the incident. I highly recommend Mr. Marcus for his knowledge of the law and diligence in representing his clients.
