I have been in the country for 30 years without any legal documents except the DACA status. I got married and my attorney, Anthony Marcus petitioned for me through my spouse. People v. Moncada After a night of drinking with my familia, I realized that I have to go to work, I called Uber, but they did not come. I was afraid to miss work, and I decided to drive myself to go to work. It was the wrong decision I enter the freeway and crossed all the lanes and hit a new 201...7 Honda. The hit caused the Honda to spun and hit the freeway wall to be total. My car also bounced out of control to the other direction of the freeway and hit the other wall and was totally inoperable.
