Faran Imani

I'm Faran Imani, a personal injury attorney and the founder of Imani Injury Firm, APC. I was born and raised in Corona, and I represent injured people and families throughout Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Southern California. With offices in Corona and Fontana, my firm combines local roots with a focused approach to serious injury claims.

I was selected to the 2026 and 2027 Southern California Rising Stars lists by Super Lawyers and selected for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Civil Plaintiff. I also serve as an elected Member-at-Large on the Riverside County Bar Association Barristers Board and as a board member of Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire, where I participate in the membership and awards committees.

Before founding Imani Injury Firm, I represented injured plaintiffs and later defended automobile accident and premises liability claims for insurers. That background helps me anticipate how insurance companies and defense counsel may question fault, medical treatment, and damages.

I use that perspective to develop the evidence, address disputed issues, and prepare claims for negotiation and, when appropriate, litigation. My focus is on building the strongest case the facts support and pursuing compensation that accounts for the full impact of the injury. Imani Injury Firm has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for its clients. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in another case.

My practice includes car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, e-bike, and pedestrian accidents; Uber and Lyft rideshare collisions; dog bites and animal attacks; slip and fall injuries and other premises liability claims; traumatic brain injuries and other serious injuries; and wrongful death. I also help injured clients pursue uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

Roots in the community

My path began at Norco College. I went on to graduate summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in political science and earn my J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Returning to Norco College as the keynote speaker for its 2025 Honors End of Year Celebration was especially meaningful to me. I remain involved with the college through alumni engagement and support for students interested in legal careers.
