The accident victim suffered a severe concussion with resulting traumatic brain injury and thousands of ... dollars in medical bills as well as much time off of work, for both Dr. visits and the inability to work a full day. Client had $250,000 in uninsured /underinsured motorist coverage on his own personal insurance policy. We will be utilizing that to reach a settlement with his own company.
