Biography
I have a passion for employee rights. I believe in the ethical practice of law, and focus on obtaining the best results possible for my clients in the shortest amount of time, realizing the stresses and emotional toll of litigation. At the same token, I believe that some cases have to be tried, and am not afraid of taking such cases all the way to trial. I pride myself in providing superb legal representation and being accessible to my clients at all times in order to ensure they are fully informed about the progress of their cases. I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients, while at the same time giving them a sense of justice over unfair circumstances.
In my spare time, I enjoy boating, soccer, and above all, spending time with my wife and son.

Replied last March 11, 2025Dear Anonymous Potential Client, I am very sorry to see this review. As you know, your description of events is completely inaccurate. I pride myself on working really hard on all cases I am retained on and on providing all my prospective and actual clients with my undivided attention. As a mater of fact we spent about 1.5 hours together at my office. Unfortunately, I could not take your FOUR cases against your last TWO employers and for what you believed to be both civil cases and worker's compensation cases. You hired and fired a lawyer within a week, and I was going to be at least your second lawyer in a short period, and I did not want you to have to go through the same fate with my firm. What is accurate is that I did tell you that I was not the right lawyer for you. As I told you, we take cases we truly believe in and pour ourselves into such cases. However, we cannot take all cases that are presented to us. I do wish you the best of luck with all your matters and do hope you find the right lawyer/lawyers. Respectfully, Marcelo Dieguez
