Shawn Martell Larsen

I represent both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, ranging from drafting policies to big-ticket litigation. I have litgated cases involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour matters, trade secret issues, and ADA access claims. I counsel with employers on their day-to-day employment decisions such as hiring, firing, employee leave, preparation of written policies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

I handle all types of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership issues, defamation, business torts, and unfair competition claims.
