My practice specializes in offering my clients affordable estate planning in a family-friendly atmosphere across Orange County, with offices in Irvine, Anaheim Hills, and Huntington Beach. Having 6 attorneys and 9 staff members on my team, my practice has the bandwidth and infrastructure in place to efficiently design custom estate plans for every client and support our existing clientele with no delays. Our typical estate plan for a couple includes a Joint Living Trust, 2 Wills, 2 Power of Attorneys, 2 Advanced Healthcare Directives, and a free consultation every 3 years after we create your trust.
About Brian Chew
Brian was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula, attended school at the University of Southern California for eight years, returned to the Silicon Valley from 1992-2008, then moved back down to Southern California in 2008 to start his practice in Irvine.
I have been a licensed attorney since 1992, helping my clients with all of their estate planning needs. I strive to offer my clients the best and most personal service possible so that they will not hesitate to recommend my services to their friends and family. Referrals are the lifeblood of my business.

Estate planning

My father was in late stage cancer, and we discovered that there were problems with the DIY "stationery store" trust that he had created (for his $1.5M estate! ).
