I hired Bill to handle my title IX case because he said he knew how to fight for me. At the beginning, he promised me to handle my title IX for a flat fee of $5000. Apparently, he had very few experience in handling title IX case. After several interactions with the title IX investigator, he realize...d that $5000 could not cover his labor and changed this fee method to hourly rate. Then, I realized that he did not know about title IX and I was his white mice for his probably very first title IX case. Overall, not very pleasant experience because he barely knew title IX but pretended to know at the beginning.

Unfortunately I retained his services for a very serious matter. In the beginning he promised me experts and looking at the discovery meticulously. At each hearing (as corroborated by court records), he asked for continuance after another. He was never ready to proceed & despite having been paid a hu...ge lump sum of money, Bill refused to do the work. My first lawyer was Diane Bass who had already had an investigator look into “misconduct” and Bill was hired by me to work with Diane. He flat out told me, “I work alone.” He NEVER prioritized my life life/needs over his own ego. Had I not hired him, I would have been better off.

Bill and his staff are outstanding and my family and I highly recommend his practice. During a traumatic time in our lives, his understanding of our situation and his kindness was a Godsend.
