William Weinberg has practiced law for over 30 years and limits his practice to criminal defense matters across Southern California and federal courts. He has represented clients in matters ranging from homicides and sex crimes to Felony DUI/DUI Murder. Each case is handled personally by Mr. Weinberg and clients are encouraged to ask questions and understand the law that applies to their case.
There are many firms that exist only to retain clients and then have junior attorneys actually handle the case. This is not our practice. We devote our attention to each case and clients know that they have access to Mr. Weinberg whenever necessary. It is our role to defend and to educate the client about the legal system. Experience tells us that understanding the system and the process significantly reduces clients' anxiety.
Mr. Weinberg has been a frequent guest on law related topics on the radio and invites prospective clients to call and talk to him about their matters in a confidential and comfortable environment. He is available for free consultations 7 days a week at his Irvine, California office.

I highly recommend attorney William Weinberg
I greatly respect and appreciate Bill Weinberg. His professional and kind demeanor at our first meeting and stellar reputation assured me that I had chosen the best possible attorney to represent me. This was proven to me over again during the course of my case. Establishing a comfortable rapport ...

Professionalism at its Finest
Bill is very knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy and seems to actually care about his clients' well being. In trying times, Bill gave me excellent advice and was someone that helped me feel more at ease despite the legal charge I was facing. I had a first offense misdemeanor DUI with a high BAC...

You Have to Hire This Attorney
In 2013 I got myself in trouble, facing 5 felonies. My saving grace was that I had never even had a speeding ticket before, but unfortunately I hired the WRONG attorney (Not William Weinberg). I paid around $10,000 for the unnamed attorney to show up and stand next to me. That's it! I am not exaggera...

Could this be Clark Kent without his uniform? Take a peek....
Recently Atty. William Weinberg assisted me by answering some pretty confusing questions, and I'm glad I got advice from an expert who could assess my situation on the spot and explain his rationale in a way a non-lawyer like me could understand. When an attorney goes out on a limb to help someone w...

Petition for Factual Innocence Granted, Thanks to Mr. Weinberg!
I was staying in Orange County for business for a couple of months, within which I managed to get no tan, a $300 dollar jay-walking ticket, and an arrest with felony drug charges! The charges stemmed from my having legally prescribed medications in an unmarked container on my key ring, along with a ...
"I have known Bill for many years as both a former OC prosecutor and now fellow defense attorney. Bill is a great attorney who fights hard for his clients and gets results. In addition, he is well respected by judges, prosecutors and lawyers in our legal community."
"I have known Mr. Weinberg for over twenty years and he is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the state of California. There is no other lawyer I would recommend!"
"Bill is a top-grade criminal defense attorney whom I have known for many years. He is hardworking and highly intelligent. Perhaps what is most impressive about Bill is his proper balance of book and street "smarts." He fully understands the letter of the law, but more importantly, what facts will be most important to a judge and/or jury. Bill comes with my highest endorsement."
"I have enormous respect for William Weinberg. Throughout the course of our 10-year professional relationship, I have consistently found him to be enormously talented, thoughtful and precise, displaying a real passion in addressing the needs of his clients."
"William Weinberg has over 12 years of experience defending the rights of those accused of crimes in Southern California. Over the course of his career, he has tried over 100 jury trials and brings a thoughtful consideration of the facts and issues surrounding each of his clients' cases. His clients can expect Mr. Weinberg to use his intimate knowledge of the court system as well as his personal working relationships with many of the area's prosecutors to their benefit and to get the best possible results. I highly recommend Mr. Weinberg."
